Kingsbury Ensemble Performance – Music from Italy, Turkey, Greece and Armenia
ECC proudly presents an opportunity to witness an authentic performance of renaissance to romantic period music as we welcome back the Kingsbury Ensemble. Featuring Nina Stern on recorder and clarinet and Glen Velez on drums/percussion, this premier ensemble will include violin, cello and harpsichord.
Founded in 1999, the St. Louis based group is one of the Midwest’s premier early music ensembles. Its mission is to stage authentic performances of music from the renaissance to the early romantic period so that listeners may experience this timeless music as its original audiences did.
