Death and McCootie
A play written by St. Francis Borgia Regional High School graduate Clayton Smith will be the first production of the 2015-16 theatre season at ECC.
Death and McCootie is a madcap, film noir style farce that goes a little haywire when the Grim Reaper tries to collect the soul of hapless private investigator Edgar P. McCootie. Set in 1940s era Chicago, chaoes ensues when McCootie hits on Death’s weakness for a long-shot gamble and switches places with the Grim Reaper in a hilarious bet to save his soul.
