We have found that many nonprofit organizations often share similar missions and objectives; unfortunately, they do not always have an opportunity to share their experiences and lesons learned. To bridge these learning gaps we offer facilitated learning exchanges known as Executive Director Roundtables. Join your peers for these quarterly luncheon events and: exchange experiences, share knowledge, have a confidential sounding board, expand your network, and remove the sense of isolation.
Participation is restricted to those serving in an Executive Director capacity. A separate application is required. The Executive Director roundtable application is available at www.eastcentral.edu/business/cwd/npli/member_application.php.
