Established in 2005 in memory of Bill Tobben by his son, Matt, and his wife, Lisa. Open to all majors. Awarded to one student. Preference will be given to high School athletes from St. Francis Borgia Regional High School or Washington High School. Financial need considered. ECC Scholarship Application required.
