Established in 2007. Open to history, English or social science majors planning to transfer to a four year institution to obtain a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in liberal arts. Preference will be given to New Haven, Pacific, St. Clair, Sullivan, Union & Washington graduates. Required GPA 3.0. Renewable for a second year with 2.5 GPA. May be applied to tuition and fees. ECC Scholarship Application required.
