This scholarship was established in 1995 in memory of Vincent R. Heigl by his parents, Val and Aleatha Heigl. Open to all majors. Preference will be given to St. Clair High School graduates. Required GPA 3.0. Financial need considered. May be applied to tuition and books. Renewable with satisfactory progress.
