Criminal Justice

East Central offers criminal justice courses that lead to an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice   This degree prepares students for transfer study in criminal justice, social work, human services, sociology or other related fields.  Students who plan to transfer are encouraged to contact a transfer institution early to determine the best selection of criminal justice coursework.

Many of our instructors work in the community in full-time criminal justice careers and teach coursework part-time. The instructor’s focus is to include relevant real-time engaging learning experiences in their coursework.
