Learning Meditation - Simple, easy to navigate site. Offers over 15 different FREE guided audio meditations, ranging in length from about 3 minutes to 10 minutes. Offers interesting different types of sessions, one 4-minute relaxation is called 'Quick Getaway', one 5-minute session is about body image and weight management.
Wild Mind - This site has an excellent written guide to beginning a mindfulness/relaxation routine. Has a Buddhist orientation, but not an overbearing focus on Buddhist philosophy. Extremely thorough but very easy to digest - this site will appeal to those of you who want to read all about things like posture and breathing during conscious relaxation. You don't have to read it all at once! Instructions are given for 4 types of relaxation:
