Tuition Payments
Currently we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. There is also an after hours drop box for your convenience.
ECC utilizes an outside company
to accomodate those students who wish to use a payment plan. For more information, contact Financial Services.
Paycheck Disbursement
All employees are paid on a bi-weekly payroll. Paychecks for all full time, part time and adjunct employees are directly deposited. Temporary and student workers may elect direct deposit but are not mandatory. Temporary and work-study students who do not elect direct deposit may pick up their checks at the Cashier's window.
Financial Aid Refund Check Disbursement for 2013 Summer Semester
Financial Aid refund checks may be picked up at the Cashier's window (located in the lobby of Buescher Hall at our Union Campus) on Friday, June 28, 2013 for the 2013 summer semester. Any checks not picked up by the end of the day Friday, July 19, 2013 will be mailed to the student at the address on file as of Monday, July 22, 2013.
Students who will be receiving a check will be contacted by Financial Aid via email on Thursday, June 27, 2013. At time of disbursement please have available a form of picture identification with a driver’s license or student ID. Checks will only be released to the name on the check.
Direct Deposit of Financial Aid Refunds for 2013 Summer Semester
Direct deposit is available for student refunds through eCentral. Students should log on to their eCentral account and click on "Bank Information" and provide the necessary information. This needs to be completed by Sunday, June 16, 2013, to ensure the financial aid refund will be direct deposited to the student's bank account on Friday, June 28, 2013.
Theatre Ticket Sales
Theatre tickets are available during normal business hours. Please call 636-584-6693 to purchase or reserve tickets. To see what is playing check out the ECC Theatre's Homepage.
Lost & Found
You lost it, we may have it. The lost and found is located with the Cashiers located in the lobby of Buescher Hall. Stop by during normal business hours.
