Mid-Missouri Fine Arts Society Annual Member Show

MMFAS, an organization of local artists, annually present their artworks at the college.  Members work in a variety of media, including pastels, graphite, watercolor, oil paint, photography and ceramics.

Holocaust Museum Exhibit

"to ensure we never forget..." The ECC Art Gallery will present art work created by victims of the Holocaust.  This exhibition is possible through a partnership with the Holocaust Museum & Learning Center of St. Louis.

Playing with Plastic: Mixed Media

Inspired by feed sack quilts, colors, textures, patterns and lines, Rebecca Mushtare uses plastic bags and threads to create her own new style of quilt block.

Turning The Clocks Forward Again:  An Anthology of Work by Missouri Writers and Artists with Disabilities

To say one has a disability is to say one has a negative advantage - a truncated capability that is limited in its functionality.  As artists ritually attest, limitations are the linchpins of form.  They're a fixed amount of materials, a specific set of parameters, a determined allotment of floor space, a single color palette - within which a distinct brand of mastery is possible.
