2009-2010 Patrons of the Arts Kickoff Event

The Patrons of the Arts support East Central College's fine and performing arts season through sponsorships at the ECC Foundation's annual Patrons of the Arts kickoff event. This year the event was held in June at OakGlenn Winery in Hermann, Missouri. Just fewer than 300 people attended this wonderful fundraiser which benefitted the Fine and Performing Arts division at East Central College. Guests enjoyed hors'd'oeuvres while sampling the wonderful OakGlenn wines. A fresh summer dinner was catered by East Central graduate, Mark Vilcek of Vilcek Catering.

Throughout the cocktail hour, ECC Band director Aaron Bounds wowed the audience with a performance by the ECC Jazz Ensemble. The evening was capped off with a variety of Broadway songs performed by seasoned ECC singers and actors under the direction of ECC Theatre director, Grace Austin. The Foundation uses the proceeds from this event to directly and indirectly support the arts programs at the college. This year the majority of the proceeds are earmarked to the Theatre department.

Through the years, ECC has been instrumental in bringing the arts to the area and we are proud to continue that fine tradition today. We have partnered with area businesses and individuals to maintain a strong community arts program. We encourage you to become a Patron if you are not already one. By doing so, your membership not only provides financial support to us for our programs, but provides benefits to you as well. You will receive preferred seating and free admission to all of our Patron designated events. Additionally, Patrons are notified about upcoming events before they are publicly announced thus providing you with an opportunity to reserve seats in advance.

$2,500 Grand Patron
Includes 10 season passes to all Fine Arts events with preferred seating. This special sponsorship will also include headline sponsorship of our Holiday Concert.

$1,000 Spotlight Patron
Includes 6 season passes to all Fine Arts events with preferred seating.

$500 Center Stage Patron
Includes 4 season passes to all Fine Arts events with preferred seating.

$250 Front Row Patron
Includes 2 season passes to all Fine Arts events with preferred seating.

$75 Individual Patron
Includes 1 season pass to all Fine Arts events with preferred seating.
