Each year the East Central College Foundation hosts its largest fundraiser to provide scholarships for students. In 2013, the Friends of the Foundation event was held at the Holiday Inn, Six Flags on Friday, February 1. The evening included cocktails, dinner and entertainment along with dessert and after dinner drinks. Very generous donors made it possible to raise $50,000 for scholarships at East Central College. The date for next year's Friend of the Foundation dinner is Friday, January 31.
