To reserve facilities space on campus you may check the availability at the links above for the semester in which you wish to reserve a room.
Once you have determined availability, you may reserve your space and request specific set-up needs on the main campus by completing a room request. For reservations at the ECC-Rolla, use the ECC-Rolla Facilities Contract. For reservations at ECC-Sullivan, use the ECC-Sullivan Facilities Contract
Please be very specific on set-up needs. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 1-2 days after submitting your request.
