Missouri Higher Education Academic Program (Bright Flight)
"Bright Flight" provides scholarship awards in the amount of $2,000 per year to students who have achieved a composite score on the American College Testing Program (ACT) or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) in the top three (3) percent of all Missouri students taking those tests. Public Service Officer or Employee's Child Survivor Grant Program
This program provides tuition grants to public safety officers or Missouri Department of Transportation employees engaged in the construction or maintenance of the state's highways, roads and bridges who were permanently and totally disabled in the line of duty. The grant is also available to their children and spouses, as well as the children and spouses who survive such employees who were killed in the line of duty.
