ECC originally started offering classes in Washington, Missouri in 1997 and has been leasing space from the Washington School District, the current location at the Four Rivers Career Center, since 2005. Two career and technical programs are housed at ECC Washington, including the Precision Machining and Industrial Engineering AAS and certificate programs. In addition, ECC offers general education coursework at the location and through a partnership and articulation agreement between the institutions, students are allowed to register for three programs provided by the Four Rivers Career Center; Auto Technology, Building Construction, and Welding. The site is located in the taxing district of the college and is approximately 11 miles from the main campus.
