East Central College has entered an agreement with MTC Truck Driver Training School in Hazelwood to offer a four week Class A Commercial Drivers License program. The course is designed for individuals with little or no commercial driving experience. Registration is continuous with new classes starting every month. The non-credit classes are held at ECC CWD's Southwest Area Center in Sullivan. Course includes classroom training the first week and yard training the remaining 3 weeks with the training yard located across the street. Space is donated by Fidelity Communications. Financial assistance may be available through the local Career Centers to those who qualify.
