Balancing demands of our work and personal lives can be a real challenge. We only have so much time and energy. Our bodies and minds get tired, resulting in decreased performance and variety of mental and physical health challenges. Worn down employees struggling to produce, despite their burned out condition, diminish company profits. Their decreased productivity is often a huge hidden opportunity cost. Employee health problems are also very expensive for companies. This highly interactive, holistic, wellness-focused workshop is designed to help individuals achieve their highest levels of productivity, physical health and mental happiness.

If employees are our most important asset, how can we implement and consistently apply a constructive discipline process that helps ensure employees continue to appreciate in value? If that proves impossible, because employees de-select themselves from continuing to be a part of our team, how do we minimize collateral damage and risk exposure? Designed and led by an HR professional with over 3 decades of experience, this workshop provides HR managers, and other managers / supervisors with practical information, insights and tools to answer these challenging questions about employee discipline.
