Cooking with Rob – Chicken Dinner

Enjoy working in a commercial kitchen setting while learning the keys to the culinary trade from a recent ECC graduate. Participants will learn the fine art of preparing a Supreme Chicken with a Sauce, Classic Rice dish, and Glazed Carrots. This culinary experience will be the highlight of your holiday dinner.

Day 1 – Learn to debone a whole chicken (airline chicken), begin preparation for meal tomorrow.

Day 2 – Prepare and enjoy a beautiful chicken dinner, complete with vegetables, starch and gravy.

* Bring a sharp deboning knife.
