Culinary Arts-Pizza from Scratch (2) – CLASS IS FULL

This class will learn to make their own dough and sauce for their pizza, as well as a trip to the greenhouse. Students will see where the tomatoes, that will be used in the sauce come from, along with other toppings. Students will be able to taste their wonderful creations at the pizza party at the end of the class on Thursday! (Subject to slight changes.) Ages 11-18.

NO FLIP FLOPS! Students, please wear tennis shoes.

*As this is a commercial kitchen, participants will be using knives and large equipment with proper supervision and we ask that a preemptive discussion about safety and following instruction be had by parents and child. NO FLIP FLOPS! Students, please wear tennis shoes.
