Junior Welding (2) – Class is Full

Have you heard about welding? Are you interested in the endless possibilities that you can do with it? Here’s your chance to learn about welding and obtain these hands-on welding skills. You will be observing demonstrations, learning safety and welding in a state of the art welding lab, with the ECC Welding instructor. (Ages 13-18)

Gain the skills needed in today’s workplace or use at home!

Robotics and Computer Programming (2) – Class is Full

Students will have an awesome time building robots that can navigate obstacle courses and respond to a multitude of sensors, including motion, touch, and sound. Our students work with the LEGO® Mindstorms base kit to master the programming of basic movements, and then progress to more difficult challenges. Our goal is to make science, technology, engineering and mathematics irresistibly FUN. You must be 9-12 years old to attend this camp.

Culinary Arts-Decorating Fun Foods!- Class is Full

This class will learn to make their own cakes and/or cookies on the first day. On the second day, the students will decorate their Fun Foods  Students will be able to taste their wonderful creations at the end of the class on Tuesday!  (Subject to slight changes.) Ages 5-10.

NO FLIP FLOPS! Students, please wear tennis shoes.

International Patterns

Students will learn about the many patterns used in Islamic, Asian, and Celtic decorative art. They will design their own project. You will study history and cultures, Mathematics of symmetry, pattern-making, 2-D design fundamentals, use of color, and decorative media. Ages 9 – 18.

WEDO Robotics – Class is Full

This summer course is designed to teach beginning robotics students how to experiment with the application of simple machines in a robotic environment. Each student will be assigned his/her own WEDO LEGO robot to use. Participants will learn the core concepts of robot design and WEDO programming. This program is designed for the students who love to tinker and build things that move. Our goal is to make science, technology, engineering and mathematics irresistibly FUN. Ages 6-9.

Anatomy Camp

Come study the parts of the body and how they work through hands on activities, the use of anatomical models, and animal dissection. This camp is perfect for students with interests in biology or health fields. Plan to dissect at least one animal specimen each day! Ages 14 – 18.

Hogwarts Literature and Wizardry- Class is Full

Receive your acceptance to 2022 Hogwarts School of witchcraft and wizardry camp. Come explore the subjects that Harry Potter studied at Hogwarts. Join us as we visit the amazing world of Harry, Ron, Hermione, and of course the infamous You Know Who! Learn proper wand techniques, how to mix potions, and properly play the game of Quidditch. Ages 11 -15.

Abra-Kid-Abra Magic for Children- Class is Full

Magic to Amaze Family, Friends & Pets!
Poke a hole in your shirt, then instantly restore it! Vanish a card right out of someone’s hands! Divine which envelope holds the money! Abra-Kid-Abra’s brand new class will teach magic your child can perform in the cafeteria, at the dinner table, or when out with family or friends! Your child will be the life of the party! In addition to the nightly show you’re likely to enjoy, students will star in a family show the last day. Goals are to develop presentation skills, build confidence, and have fun! Ages 5-12.

STEM Academy – Junior – Class is Full

HS students will learn about science and teaching. These students will meet for a week to talk about science and teaching and plan science activities for younger students. The Junior students will be able to take advantage of what the HS students learned in their first week to teach the younger students this week. Ages 6 – 8.
