 is suffering from overdevelopment and pollution. Animals and plants are fa
 cing extinction on a large scale. Humans are draining resources from the g
 round and seas. Weather has changed drastically. We are witnesses to these
  dramatic results. My smaller work  involves vintage snapshots embroidere
 d with colorful natural elements that obscure or reveal the photo’s orig
 inal subjects. The people in these photos ignore how nature will rule and 
 continue even without us.”
