Engineering Club

Do you like to see cool technology and learn how it works?  Then this is the club for you.  The Engineering Club is a great way to network with your peers and travel to some interesting places.

Requirements:  NONE – Absolutely anyone is welcome to join.

Activities:           Each semester we take a fun filled trip to see an interesting technological facility.  Past trips include Calloway     Nuclear Plant, Six Flags Engineering tour, Harley Davidson plant, Fermi Lab Particle Accelerator, Oakridge National Labs, Indy 500 Motor Speedway…….

Fund Raising:          Money doesn’t grow on trees so in order for you to go on the amazing, free trips, you need to donate a small amount of your time at two events each semester.  We are famous for our Pulled Pork BBQ.  Each student must work a shift and donate some supplies.

Meetings:                We hold our meetings every two weeks.  We have meetings on Tues and Wed of the meeting week so that everyone can attend one of the two.   Check the whiteboard in HS118 for meeting info.
