ECC's newly established Nonprofit Leadership Institute will hold its first session on project development and evaluation Monday, March 26. Linda Aitch will lead that workshop from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the ECC campus in Union.
NPLI is a support program to enhance and strengthen nonprofit organizations throughout the college service region.
Nonprofit organizations can participate as members or just select and pay for seminars, workshops and networking events on a "pay as you go" basis.
Built around the question of "what do you want to achieve" rather than "what do you want to do," this workshop is desigend to help improve the ability of participants to think about program development in new ways. This interactive workshop will help participants understand the importance of aligning program development with proposal development and the relationship between program development and evaluation.
Upcoming workshop topics will focus on developing fund raising stategies, social media, volunteer program management, employee performance management and board engagement. For more details on NPLI membership or to register for the March 26 training, call 636-239-0598, ext. 2955 or email npli@eastcentral.edu.
