Patrons of the Arts 2011-2012 Schedule of Events
The Patrons of the Arts support East Central College's fine and performing arts season through sponsorships at the ECC Foundation's annual Patrons of the Arts kickoff event. This year the event will be hosted by Wine Country Gardens in Defiance, Missouri.
Around 200 people attended this wonderful event which benefited the Fine and Performing Arts at East Central College. In addition
to the beautiful scenery, guests were also treated to three hours of jazz music by the ECC Jazz Ensemble accompanied by vocalist
Kara Bounds. The Foundation uses the proceeds from this event to directly and indirectly support the arts programs at the
College.
Through the years, ECC has been instrumental in bringing the arts to the area, and we are proud to continue that fine tradition
today. We have partnered with area businesses and individuals to maintain a strong community arts program. We encourage you
to
become a Patron if you are not already one. By doing so, your membership not only provides financial support to us for our programs, but provides
benefits to you as well. You will receive preferred seating and free admission to all of our Patron designated events. Additionally,
Patrons are notified about upcoming events before they are publicly announced thus providing you with an opportunity to reserve
seats in advance.
