With this body of work, Wan presents that the “Black identity” could never be contained within constructs and, “the ownership of its grotesque characterizations not only do not represent or belong to the Black community, but are not the responsibility of the Black community to navigate or carry anymore.”

Marijuana is now legal for adults in Missouri, but there are health and safety
concerns for youth that we all need to know about.

Join us for this free educational event featuring:

  • “Opinion or Fact?” – Stanford University School of Medicine
  • “Cannabis Poisoning in Children and Teens”-Amanda Ruback, Community Outreach Coordinator, Missouri Poison Center
  • Free resources from area providers
  • Attendance prizes (must be present to win)

This presentation is appropriate for both adults and teens.
