Registrar Homepage

The Registrar’s Office is here to help students with registration for classes at the college.  The office also maintains the permanent academic records of all students and assists with transcript requests, graduation documentation and many other items related to student records.

COVID-19 Updates

Dropping Classes
Students now have until May 1st to drop a course. Students who wish to drop a course need to use  Falcon Mail or Aviso to contact the course instructor. The instructor will reach out to the student and the student’s advisor. ECC desires to help students in any way we can with completion of courses during these uncertain times, but we also understand that it may not be avoidable.

Commencement has been postponed until it is safe for large gatherings. This may be Summer or Fall. Students who have graduated Fall 2019 and those who are eligible to graduate this Spring or Summer will be notified as soon as a new date is set. This date will also be announced on ECC’s website and social media platforms.

Diplomas will be mailed to Spring graduates within 3 weeks of the end of the Spring semester. Students will be notified via text and email when their degrees are posted posted and diplomas are mailed.

ECC has partnered with National Student Clearinghouse for transcript services. Transcripts cannot be picked up on campus, but can be mailed and sent electronically. National Student Clearinghouse has a secure printing facility that prints and mails transcripts 6 days a week. In addition, transcripts can be emailed securely to any destination within about an hour. Even when the college is closed, transcript requests are being processed.

Looking for an unofficial transcript? They are free! Just log into the eCentral tab on the top-left of this page.

Summer Class Changes
All general education courses for the summer have been moved to an online format. See below for sections that have moved from face-to-face to online instruction. Students will not be charged the $45 online fee for any summer classes.
