All tuition and fees are due at the time of registration.  To avoid being dropped from classes for non-payment, please be prepared to pay in full or sign up for the payment plan.  Balances exceeding accepted financial aid are due by the deadlines listed above.

For your convenience, East Central College accepts cash, checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payments can be made at the cashier’s office, by phone at 636-584-6739, in full through your MyECC portal, via mail, or be placed in the drop-box located in the lobby at Buescher Hall.

Payment Plan

ECC’s tuition payment plan allows you to break down your tuition balance into affordable monthly payments and is now available for the upcoming Spring and Summer terms.

To enroll in the payment plan go online to your MyECC account or contact our cashier’s office at 636-584-6739 for assistance.

East Central College now offers a Past-Due Payment Plan for students with prior outstanding balances. This plan allows students to pay off past-due accounts through manageable installments and continue enrollment in future terms. Paycheck Disbursements

All employees are paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule. Payroll for all full-time, part-time, adjunct employees, temporary employees and student workers are directly deposited.  Any exceptions to this policy requires approval from the Human Resources department.  New employees whose direct deposit is not approved in time for their first payday may pick up their checks at the cashier’s window located in the lobby of Buescher Hall.

Lost & Found

You lost it, we may have it.  The lost and found is located at the cashier’s office next to Student Services in the lobby of Buescher Hall.  Stop by during normal business hours.
