We are challenging our campus to participate in at least one service opportunity during the month of April. ECC has partnered with several local agencies and community groups to expand volunteer site offerings, including virtual options.

April 5 • 7:30 p.m. in the Theatre

Early Music Missouri (EMMo) presents, “The Intimate Brandenburgs,” a performance of Johann Sebastian Bach’s Brandenburg Concerti 4 & 5. Just as musically complex and exciting as the larger works in this collection, these two concerti feature small ensembles with only three solo instruments. Featuring Baroque violins, recorders, Baroque flute  and harpsichord, the ensemble will offer entertaining and ear-opening versions of these masterworks. In addition, East Central College Choir will join the EMMo period  instrumentalists to sing one of Bach’s famous chorales from his cantatas.
