Enrollment UP 7.4% for Fall 2025

We’re seeing MORE Falcons this fall semester!
Enrollment at ECC is up 7.4% for the 2025 fall semester compared to the 2024 fall semester.
More first-time students this fall semester – with an increase of 15% compared to last fall. First-time students are enrolled at ECC for the first time.
The Top 10 programs at East Central College for the 2025 fall semester are a combination of different programs offered at the Union and Rolla campuses:
- Associate of Arts (transfer degree)
- Nursing
- Computer Information System
- Education
- Fine Arts
- Health Information Management
- Business
- Radiological Technology
- Paramedic Technology
Last year we had 600+ Dual Credit students enrolled at area high schools and expect the same number this semester.
