1.25 Approval of Contracts

The Board of Trustees shall approve all contracts where the consideration to be paid under the contract is $20,000 or more. Approval requires an affirmative vote of at least four (4) trustees. A contract requiring Board approval may not be signed by a representative of the College unless and until the Board has approved the contract. The Board hereby delegates to the College President the authority to approve and sign contracts where less than $20,000 is to be paid.
