Together they have at least 80 years of total beekeeping experience. They will discuss thorough hive inspections, growing your apiary by making splits or capturing swarms while limiting swarms of your own, raising queens, pest management, how site selection will change the taste and honey production, honey extraction and other product possibilities. There will be catalogs from equipment companies, a local store, some door prizes and give-a-ways. Bring a notebook.
