Effective Communication in the Workplace

Learn about barriers to effective communication, communication styles and tools, and understanding sensitivity. This class will also walk through Emotional Intelligence
(EI) and how to have self-awareness, regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. This will be an interactive course for participants to hear and speak on situations
they are working through.
