New and Emerging Leader

This comprehensive training delves into key aspects of effective leadership and management, covering essential topics such as distinguishing between a manager and a leader, exploring the four functions of a leader, understanding basic management styles, implementing CLEAR goal-setting strategies, conducting performance evaluations, emphasizing the significance of learning and development, identifying traits of successful leaders, mastering the art of delegation, and honing the skills to coach, develop, and mentor employees. Participants will also learn how to motivate and recognize their team members, navigate the recruitment, hiring, and disciplinary processes, address performance issues and handle difficult employees, and ultimately foster employee engagement for organizational success. This training provides a holistic approach to leadership, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective and impactful leadership in any professional setting.
