Due to current 2022 pricing research costs, this course will provide a guide as to the types, rating, and price of most materials available in the Franklin County region. The materials will include but not limited to surveying, excavation, windows, doors, siding, roofing materials and landscaping. Students will determine their budget with that of the contractor’s bid to determine the amount of the loan.
