Independent Projects in Ceramics 1

Designed for those who have already had experience working with clay and are self-directed to complete their own projects. There is no instruction included with this class. Participants must know how to use studio equipment safely. Clay and glazes will be included.

ServSafe Food Safety Certification Course

This two-day training and one-day testing teach the essential knowledge and best practices for worksite safety and sanitation. This program starts from basic handwashing and moves into more complex topics such as foodborne pathogens.
