understanding relative and absolute cell references, defining names for cells and
ranges, creating charts to compare data, working with chart tools, move, size, and edit charts, add images to worksheet, use conditional formatting, using templates, importing and exporting data, adjust view options for large worksheets, sort and filter to
organize data, perform advanced calculations, controlling data entry with data validations, creating tables, and more.

Students will be introduced new topics and given a time frame to complete the associated assignments. Example: If it is determined the duration of the course is 6 weeks, students will meet with the instructor at the beginning, middle, and end of the course to get assignments and review course work.

Facilitating group discussions and collaborative projects can be challenging. A facilitator plays a key role in ensuring that all participants are engaged, contributing their best, and feel respected and valued. Beyond strong communication skills, an effective facilitator must be able to navigate group dynamics, manage conflicts, steer challenging conversations, and help the group reach meaningful outcomes. While it’s not always easy, this course will equip you with practical tools and techniques to become a confident and capable facilitator.
