What is Watermark?

Watermark Student Success & Engagement is a retention software that can help you access your success team. Use Watermark to view your class schedule, monitor your attendance, check your midterm grades, and see the names of your advisor, success coach, and instructors. Watermark is how you schedule appointments with your advisor, success coach, or financial aid representative. It is easy to make an appointment or email any member of your team without needing to search for contact information. We are all a click away!

The Watermark system also sends you alerts for too many missed classes or not logging into online courses. These are simply helpful reminders to get you back on track. These alerts may also prompt your success coach to reach out to you, so please keep checking your email.

How do students access Watermark?

You can download the Watermark Student app to receive notifications and easily access your schedule, advisor, and success coach. You can also access Watermark via MyECC. Any communication sent through Watermark will also be sent to your school email.
