Administrative/Support Assessment
Comprehensive review occurs in all college departments, including those who provide indirect support to students. This structured process for continuous improvement allows departments to collaborate with individuals across the college, gathering valuable input to improve effectiveness.
Reviews begin in late spring/summer and conclude in December/January in order to have relevant information ready for the budgeting cycle. Reviews occurring in 25-26 are:
