DOT HAZARDOUS MATERIALS REGULATIONS AWARENESS TRAINING WORKSHOP

For employees involved in DOT HazMat Shipping, Receiving, and Handling. 24 hrs in accordance with 49 CFR § 172.704. To ensure a basic knowledge of DOT HazMat Regulations and be prepared for the workshop, participants are recommended to complete 16 hours of online coursework prior to the start of the workshop. This workshop is offered with U.S. DOT PHMSA HMIT grant support to the National Partnership for Environmental Technology Education (National PETE).
Per the grant, government employees ARE eligible to participate in this program. Class size is limited to 20 students, so act fast. Deadline is July 1, 2024.
