Women Only Self-Defense Class

This self-defense class is specifically tailored to women of all ages above the age of 15. Learn life-saving skills against chokes, strikes, and rape. It will develop self-esteem. Students will learn simple, yet effective, mental and physical self-defense techniques. The course emphasizes avoidance, awareness, confidence-building, and street-worthy techniques taught in a safe and controlled environment. Please dress for light to medium physical contact.

This course is taught by Tim Raftery, owner and head instructor, Center of Defensive Arts.
