Upcoming Classes

Microgreens are known to be packed with nutrients, vitamins, and other healthy ingredients. Participants will learn how to grow microgreens using hydroponic grow mats. This will be a hands-on class.  Information about the benefits of microgreens and ideas for creative ways to include them in a diet plan will be included.

The instructor has been growing microgreens for 6 years. She has been providing greens for her family, friends, and restaurants that specialize in farm-to-table and locally-grown ingredients.
