Summer Introductory Algebra (MTH 040) Bridge

The summer Introductory Algebra Bridge course will review basic concepts students will need to succeed in an Algebra class at the college level.

In this course, students will follow a self-paced sequence of four modules covering a variety of topics, including a comprehensive math review, linear equations and graphing, exponents and algebraic expressions, and geometry and probability.

As students progress through the class, course facilitators monitor progress. If tutoring is desired, there will be both in-person and online options available. The course culminates with students taking the Accuplacer placement test.
