Culinary Arts-Pizza from Scratch (2) – CLASS IS FULL

This class will learn to make their own dough and sauce for their pizza, as well as a trip to the greenhouse. Students will see where the tomatoes, that will be used in the sauce come from, along with other toppings. Students will be able to taste their wonderful creations at the pizza party at the end of the class on Thursday! (Subject to slight changes.) Ages 11-18.

NO FLIP FLOPS! Students, please wear tennis shoes.

*As this is a commercial kitchen, participants will be using knives and large equipment with proper supervision and we ask that a preemptive discussion about safety and following instruction be had by parents and child. NO FLIP FLOPS! Students, please wear tennis shoes.

Junior – Science by Brewer – CLASS IS FULL

The students will get to explore many aspects of the science industry, including leadership and team building,  exploring their own entrepreneurial ideas. Exploring STEM opens a world of possibilities and will encourage the next generation of leaders. Science is fun and it is OK to noisy and messy. Students will experiment with milk, soap and food coloring, snap circuits, Oreos and scales. And still more surprises. Ages 5 – 7.

Register at least one week prior to the start of class to help avoid class cancellations. Class size is limited.

Juggling for Beginners (2)

Students will learn the basics of juggling. It’s good for improving concentration and relieving stress as well as being easier than you think. You will learn the basic throw, scoop and throw-catch in order to juggle 3 balls/beanbags. Ages 12-18.

Register at least one week prior to the start of class to avoid class cancellations. Class size is limited.
