Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pay for Community Education classes?
You can pay for them online when you register or you can be invoiced and pay later. You will be invoiced when we have enough people for the class to be held.
How do I pay my invoice?
The best way to pay the invoice is to call the ECC cashiers at 636-584-6739 and pay with a credit card or stop in BH and pay at the Cashiers window.
Can I sign up for more than one Community Education class?
Yes, you can sign up for as many Community Education classes as you would like to take.
Can I sign more than one person up for the same class?
You will have to fill out another registration form for each person.
What if the class doesn’t have enough people for the class to be held?
We leave the classes open as long as possible to get more people signed up, but unfortunately, we do have to cancel classes sometimes. If you have paid already, you will be fully refunded. If you have not paid already, you will not be invoiced. You will be notified via email prior to the class starting if the class will or will not be held.
What happens if I can’t make it to the classes anymore and I have to withdraw?
To withdraw, students must contact East Central College Community Education no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the class. Students that withdraw less than 48 hours prior to the start of class shall forfeit their right to a refund. All registrations include a $10.00 non-refundable registration fee.
These are really awesome classes, can I teach one of these? I have a really great idea.
