Culinary Arts: Making Pies 4
This class will learn to make their own pie/pastry crust, add pie filling and bake. Students will be able to taste their wonderful creations at the end of the class! (Subject to slight changes.) Ages 13-18.
Students can bring their favorite pie filling. Ingredients will be provided for making apple pie filling.
NO FLIP FLOPS! Students, please wear tennis shoes.

*As this is a commercial kitchen, participants will possibly be using knives and large equipment with proper supervision and we ask that a preemptive discussion about safety and following instruction be had by parents and child. NO FLIP FLOPS! Students, please wear tennis shoes.
