Per Board Policy 1.34, the Professional Staff Association at East Central College is an employee association composed of full- and part-time regular staff members who are contractual employees (excluding administration) as identified in the College’s staffing plan or equivalent document. Per policy requirements, Professional Staff Association operates under a constitution.

Recognition


The Professional Staff Association Core Values Award celebrates a Professional Staff employee whose work and actions have a meaningful impact on the College community and who serves as a role model through their demonstration of ECC’s values.
It is awarded twice a calendar year in June and December. June 2026 will be the first award.
