Welcome to an exciting journey into the world of CNC machining, specially designed for young enthusiasts! In this engaging class, children will discover the fascinating realm of computer-controlled manufacturing with the guidance of Titans of CNC tutorials and East Central instructors. Through interactive and hands-on activities, budding engineers and creators will explore the fundamentals of CNC machining in a fun and accessible way. From understanding the basics of computer programming to witnessing the transformation of raw materials into custom-designed creations, kids will be inspired to unleash their creativity and problem-solving skills. 

This class offers a unique opportunity for young minds to dive into the world of advanced manufacturing, sparking curiosity and igniting a passion for innovation. Join us and empower the next generation of Machinist and Engineers to shape the future with creativity, imagination, and the power of CNC machining. Through playful experimentation and guided exploration, students will get to design their own part and witness them come to life through CNC machining! (Ages 14-18)

Please send a lunch with your child as there is no planned lunch time during the class, but they will be allowed to take a break to eat. Food will not be provided.

Students are invited to a plant tour at GH Tool and Mold at 4:30 pm in Washington after the class. ECC will not provide transportation AND parents are encouraged to attend the tour.

Students should wear jeans, closed toe shoes, and no loose clothing or jewelry. Long hair should be pulled back. Students should bring a quick lunch as no lunch will be provided.
