TABE
The TABE test (Test of Adult Basic Education) evaluates basic Math, Vocabulary, and Reading skills. Completion of the TABE is required to participate in the Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program.
The AEL program provides classes to improve a student’s skills in math, reading, writing, social studies and science. The classes are designed to prepare students to pass the HiSET (a high school equivalency exam).
For information about High School Equivalency Classes, contact the AEL program.
