Do I need to know my login information?
If you are taking an online exam, you will be required to log in with your own credentials to your course platform (Canvas, Pearson MyLab & Mastering, etc.) to locate your exam. Please look this information up before you arrive for testing.
Why do I have to verify my account?
If you are taking an online exam through Canvas, which is a Microsoft Office program, you will be asked to verify your account due to the Multi-Factor Authorization (MFA) your institution has enabled. The MFA is to provide protection to all of your Microsoft Office accounts. Please be prepared to verify your account if taking an online Canvas exam in the Testing Center. The easiest way to do this is to download the Microsoft Authenticator App.
Install the latest version of the Authenticator app, based on your operating system:
On your Android device, go to Google Play to download and install the Authenticator app.
On your Apple iOS device, go to the App Store to download and install the Authenticator app.
Do I need an appointment?

Depending on the item, it may be helpful to also request the use of one of our individual testing rooms. If approved through ACCESS services, individual testing rooms are available by appointment.
