What place on campus is most special to you?
ECC’s track – My husband and I go there every day after work to walk our dog, Sullivan. I love how beautiful the campus is. There’s so much wildlife and so many gorgeous flowers.
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone just starting out at ECC?
Ask any questions you may have, big or small. Every question is valid, and there’s plenty of support here to help you on this exciting journey.
Favorite way to relax after work:
I love finding new restaurants and trying new food—especially if it is a viral restaurant from TikTok or social media.
First thing you’d do if you won the lottery?
I would buy a huge piece of property and adopt as many animals in need of a loving home as possible. I’d also hire staff to help me!

What kind of music do you like?
I’m a rock n’ roll girl who likes U2 more than Taylor Swift... at times. My first concert was Joan Jett.
Is there a place on campus that’s special to you?
The Health Science Building because of its exposure to so many hardworking, motivated, and talented individuals who work well as a team.
If you could be any fictional character, who would you choose?
Indiana Jones because he is always up for an adventure!
What’s something you’ve learned from a student or colleague that has stuck with you?
Be kind and look for the other person’s interest.

What do you enjoy about working at ECC?
ECC feels less like a workplace and more like a team.
If you could visit a person from the past, who would it be?
Buffalo Bill Cody, the showman, scout, and legend of the frontier. I’d ask him: "Was the Wild West really that wild, or were you just the first great PR guy?"
Favorite way to relax after work:
Hopping on my Harley and riding like I’m escaping.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out at ECC?
Jump in, get involved, and don’t be afraid to wear a few hats. The more you lean in, the more you’ll get out of being part of this ECC community.
